Spa Pop-Up
An exciting new chapter has arrived. March 2023 and into our Summer season, we are hosting our very own RICA Spa Pop-Up in our Greenport, NY brick & mortar shop at 423 Main Street.
RICA bath + body’s founder, Dr. Kristina Ivy, has curated a selection of services at the shop offering a wide array of avenues towards holistic wellness. With her background as a licensed holistic clinician, Dr. Ivy has brought together a team of highly skilled and diverse practitioners.
From Sound Therapy with Reiki, to Body Scrubs with our own small sugar polishes from The RICA bath + body line, we have a wide array to choose from. Hydrating Facials, Ayurvedic Consulations and massages will all be for your choosing.
We hope the time spent at RICA’s spa, allows a fresh perspective once life resumes outside our expanding haven of wellness.

Body Polish + Massage
Body is exfoliated with our moisturizing sugar + clementine seed scrub while the aroma of clementine zest fills the air. An avocado oil massage follows using long strokes and light pressure to promote release of tension and relax muscles. Emerge moisturized with renewed glowing skin.

Swedish Massage
A relaxing gentle massage that uses long strokes with light to moderate pressure to release tension, improve circulation and promote relaxation. A gentle gift for mind and body using aromatic aromatherapy infused oil.

Deep Tissue Massage
Utilizes moderate to firm pressure for an intensive treatment to release tension deep in the muscles, increase blood flow and reduce inflammation. A dynamic healing treat.

Restorative Anti-Aging Facial
Natural + clean products are used to hydrate, restore and heal tired aging /dull skin. Skin is cleansed, steamed, extracted, exfoliated, masked, moisturized and massaged with the goal of healing through the simplicity of nature.

Sound Therapy + Reiki
Sound therapy and Reiki are blended in this calming session. Tibetan tone sound bowls are placed directly on specific energy points. The frequency of the tones has the power to shake up and unlock chronic patterns of emotional and physical tension. Combined with Reiki where energy healing through the palms will further promote health restoration + balance

Ayurvedic Wellness Consultation
A one on one consultation with a multidisciplinary wellness practitioner to identify mbalances, address health concerns,and explore a holistic approach to maintain well being. The goal is to identify the root cause of imbalance and create an individualized approach to wellness that will support you in achieving increased quality of life + vitality.
